MEMEMBERSHIP
Basic Membership Requirements
At Alpha Eta Theta Christian Sorority, Inc., we believe membership is more than wearing letters—it is a commitment to Christ, sisterhood, service, personal growth, and living a life that reflects the love of God.
We welcome women who desire to grow in their relationship with God while serving others and walking intentionally in their Christian faith. To be considered for membership, applicants must meet the following requirements:
-
Profess Jesus Christ as their personal Lord and Savior and demonstrate an established relationship with God.
(I Timothy 2:3–6; Romans 10:9–10) -
Be actively involved in a Christian ministry or local church, demonstrating a commitment to serving within the Body of Christ.
(James 2:26) -
Be a natural-born female and at least 18 years of age.
-
Be a high school graduate or possess an equivalent credential.
-
Maintain a cumulative GPA of 2.5 or higher and remain in good academic standing if currently enrolled in an institution of higher learning.
(Proverbs 22:29) -
Demonstrate a commitment to community service through active involvement or a genuine willingness to serve and make a positive impact within the community.
A Commitment to More
Membership in Alpha Eta Theta is a privilege and a commitment. We are not simply seeking women who desire membership; we are seeking women who are prepared to embrace the responsibility that comes with being a representative of Christ and an ambassador of this organization.
We understand that no woman is perfect. After all, we are simply imperfect women serving a perfect God, by any means necessary. What matters is a sincere heart, a teachable spirit, a willingness to grow, and a genuine desire to serve God and others.
If you believe Alpha Eta Theta may be the sisterhood God is leading you toward, we invite you to learn more about our organization and our membership process.
