In the fall of 2005, God placed a vision in the heart of Visionary Miai Porter-Riddick. He gave her the desire to see women, both young and seasoned, grow in their relationship with Jesus Christ. Yet the vision would not end there. God desired to cultivate a genuine spirit of unity among women from all walks of life—a sisterhood rooted in faith, love, integrity, and service.

As the vision continued to unfold, it became clear that this ministry would not only impact women but would also invest in the next generation. From that calling, the R.O.S.E.B.U.D.S. Mentorship Program was established to nurture and empower young girls by helping them discover their God-given purpose, build confidence, develop leadership skills, and embrace Christian values. Through mentorship, life-skills training, educational enrichment, community service, and spiritual guidance, R.O.S.E.B.U.D.S. prepares young ladies to become strong women of faith and positive leaders within their families, churches, schools, and communities.

Alpha Eta Theta Christian Sorority, Inc. was founded on the belief that true transformation begins with Christ. Our mission is to encourage women to grow spiritually, build authentic relationships, serve their communities with excellence, and leave a legacy of faith that reaches beyond themselves. Together, through sisterhood and mentorship, we are committed to developing women and young ladies who honor God, love people, and make a lasting impact for His Kingdom.
